Well, you have a few options.
The easiest option is to pause your membership. You won’t have access during the paused period, however once you’re ready to come back in the office we can restart your membership quickly and easily with no admin on your part.
We have ensured our building is COVID secure as best we can. There is a temperature scanner and hand sanitising station at the entrance, the doors have non-contact locks, our self opening roof allows for fresh air to be let unto the building during the warmer months, and during the colder months we have an air circulation system which draws in fresh air from outside and refreshes the building constantly throughout the day.
If you’re not sure if/when you’ll be coming back to the office, you can cancel your membership by giving one months notice to the community manager.
As long as you let us know as soon as you can, we are happy to add on additional desks and/or days for you. Just get in touch with our community manager and they will add the additional days onto your next invoice
While you won’t have access to a dedicated desk, you can sit at any one of our hot desks. All desks are equipped with an ethernet cable (allowing you to connect to our super fast internet) and plenty of plugs for all your devices.
There is also unlimited tea and coffee available for all members along with freshly filtered water. Our kitchen is fully equipped so you don’t have to stick to microwave meals for lunch, and has both indoor and outdoor seating.
There are no hidden costs in any of our packages.
If you need to cancel or reduce down your number of desks or access days, we ask for 1 months notice in writing to the community manager. Any outstanding fees will be invoiced as soon as notice is given.
