How do I book in?

Complete the Great North Run Offer form above or get in touch from our contact us page. Have your running information to hand, tell us the time and date you wish to book in for and if you have any special requirements.

Our desks are located across two floors to do let us know if you prefer the ground floor or first floor.

If you’re travelling with or plan on working with someone while you’re here, let us know and we’ll seat you together.

What do I need to bring?

Other than your laptop and a charger, we have most of the bases covered. You can hire monitors, keyboards, computer mouse, headphones while onsite or online before you arrive here.

Tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits are freely available throughout the day as well as fresh, filtered water. We even have a snack counter onsite where you can purchase a range of light lunch options and ethical snacks such as Tony’s Chocolate bars.

Can I charge this back to my company?

If you’re travelling to Newcastle for the Great North Run and need somewhere to work from on the Friday and/or Monday, this offer is for you.

Let us know if you are settling the invoice yourself or who we need to send it to.

What facilities are available?

We have:

Onsite bike storage located behind a secured gate and covered by CCTV
Onsite showers. We provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Just remember your own towel!
Fully equipped kitchen. We know you may be carb loading before the run so take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. We’ll even provide some dried pasta so you just need to remember the rest. We have an over, hob, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc.
Breakout areas. Located on both floors, feel free to move around the space if you want to get away from your desk
Onsite meeting rooms. We have two rooms available which are free to use for up to 1 hour

Do you have parking?

While we don’t have onsite parking, there are a number of places around us:
– John Dobson Street car park, NE1 8HL, is a 2 minute walk away (long stay)
– College Street, NE1 8JJ, is a 3 minute walk away (long stay)
– College Street bay parking is a 1 minute walk away (short stay)

Offered on a monthly rolling basis, we can adapt any plan to meet your needs. Simply let us know the number of day passes per month you will need and we’ll do the rest.
