We are connected to Wildcard Networks, a Newcastle based provider, giving you access to utlrafast up and download speeds.

For enhanced security, we maintain separate guest and member SSIDs as standard. Additionally, we are able to create a dedicated private network exclusively for your team, ensuring a secure environment for collaboration and potential integration with your existing systems. If you have specific customisation requirements, please enquire.

In October 2023 we significantly bolstered our commitment to security at The Racquets Court by substantially enhancing our network security infrastructure. As part of these improvements, we’ve upgraded our Firewall with a sophisticated Threat Management System.

Our building access control system leverages advanced technology. Each member of your team receives personalised access via a dedicated app, granting entry to the premises. This access system is seamlessly integrated with our booking system, strengthening overall security.

CCTV cameras cover all entry points, including our secure bike park. Our intruder alarm system is continuously monitored by a dedicated security team.
